Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped free and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. It's automatically applied at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@forescoregear.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at support@forescoregear.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@forescoregear.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
Contact us at support@forescoregear.com with a photo of the item. You keep it — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Can I exchange an item?
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get the right product in your hands.

Products

Are these products suitable for beginners?
Yes — every product in our store is designed for all skill levels. Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or working toward a single-digit handicap, the fundamentals are the same.

Do the training aids work for left-handed golfers?
Yes. The alignment sticks, putting mirror, groove sharpener, divot tool, and magnetic towel work equally for left and right-handed players. The arm band and grip trainer are ambidextrous by design.

Will these products help me improve my game?
They will if you use them consistently. These are practice tools — they give you accurate feedback and build correct muscle memory, but improvement comes from repetition. The more focused your practice, the faster you improve.
